Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Some of the most common symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder include recurring memories or nightmares of the event, insomnia, loss of interest and lethargy, feelings of anger or irritability, or constant vigilance, but there are many ways PTSD can affect your daily life. Sometimes these symptoms do not appear for months or even years after the event occurred or after returning from distribution. They can come and go too. If these problems persist or interfere with your daily life, you may have PTSD.
